We are constantly improving our processes. Due to the nature of the design, our leather goods production process involves precise cutting, delicate hand-painting and finishing, and complex construction. We are on an ongoing journey to optimizing our production pace without compromising the craftsmanship of the design.
ABOUT THE LEATHER GOODS PURCHASE
To ensure that our pieces reach our community in a transparent manner, at a time we have implemented the following measures:
- Acquisitions of leather goods are limited to one (1) piece per category, per account, per day.
- To respect your time and provide an equitable experience for all, we have recently transitioned to online notifications through our Online Store. This ensures that every client, regardless of their location, has an equal opportunity to acquire our pieces as they become available.
We monitor our distribution methods daily and listen closely to the feedback from our community across all channels to ensure our system remains seamless.
We understand that waiting requires patience, and we sincerely thank you for valuing the hand-made nature of our product. We hope you will cherish your PEGGY HARTANTO pieces for a long time.
ABOUT STOCK NOTIFICATIONS
If an item is currently unavailable on our official website, we invite you to register for a stock notification on its product page. By entering your email address, you will receive an automatic notification the moment the item is restocked.
If you have registered for a stock notification at peggyhartanto.com but have not received an email, kindly check your spam or junk folder, as notifications may occasionally be filtered.
If you have not received any notification, this indicates that the item has not yet been restocked.
Our notification system sends a one-time alert per restock cycle. Should an item sell out before you are able to complete your purchase, please re-register on the product page to be notified for the next available batch.
AUTHORISED RETAILERS
We partner with select retailers, including Galeries Lafayette, MASARI, and PILLAR, to bring our collections to a wider audience. Please note that these retail partners operate independently.
