Requirements:
- Based in Surabaya, Indonesia.
- Proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Rhino, ZBrush, SketchUp, or similar.
- Able to create accurate 3D mock-ups of accessories, including keychains, eyewear, shoes, bags, and other product concepts, based on sketches and specification sheets provided by the design team.
- Strong understanding of product construction, proportions, thickness, leather types, hardware placement, stitching, materials, and surface finishes.
- Able to create physical paper prototypes for product development and real-life mock-ups.
- Capable of creating packaging mock-ups, particularly boxes and other product packaging.
- Able to develop 3D visual merchandising concepts, including product displays, fixtures, installations, window displays, pop-ups, and retail environments.
- Able to create realistic materials and textures, including leather grain, acrylic, fabric, glass, suede, canvas, and various metal finishes.
- Able to produce photorealistic renders with colorway variations for review and approval prior to physical sampling.
- Able to prepare technical files for vendors, including STEP/STL files for casting and 3D printing, as well as turnaround and exploded views.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for texture preparation, artwork placement, and presentation materials is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to incorporate feedback and make revisions efficiently based on input from the creative and production teams.
- Portfolio must demonstrate experience with shoes, bags, and accessories.
