SHIPPING
PEGGY HARTANTO is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or other tax authorities. If a guest refuses any shipment from PEGGY HARTANTO, they will remain responsible for all original shipping and handling charges, duties, taxes, and customs charges incurred upon receiving their order, as well as all costs associated with returning the package to PEGGY HARTANTO. If agreed, additional costs for returning the package to the guest will also apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt. If you need a replacement for a damaged or defective item, the original item must be returned to the seller to receive a new replacement. Please check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@peggyhartanto.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, stating the reason for the return. Returned goods must be received within 15 days from the delivery date. Items received outside this period will not be accepted. Ensure returned goods are unworn, have all swing tags attached, and are in their original condition.
We recommend using registered post for returns and recording the tracking number. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs, which will only be reimbursed in cases of damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please be advised that, due to re-import regulations in Indonesia, RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS cannot be processed or issued.
Please note SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED or EXCHANGED.
CANCELLING THE ORDER
Refunds are only issued for order cancellations, following the procedure outlined below. Orders can be cancelled by either the store or the guest anytime within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation email, and prior to the store preparing the order for shipment.
If the store cancels your order due to stock unavailability or an inability to process your request, a refund will be automatically processed to your nominated bank account used for the original payment. You will receive an order cancellation confirmation.
TERMS OF PURCHASE & CLIENT CONDUCT
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all items are intended for personal use or gifting. If you are interested in being our retailer, please contact us at lydia@peggyhartanto.com.
To ensure fair accessibility, we implement a maximum allocation policy, as below:
- We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per client profile.
- Orders identified as exceeding these allocations, will be cancelled at our discretion.
- We may request additional verification for high-volume transactions. We reserve the right to decline any order that does not align with our commitment to a fair and authentic shopping experience.
VIP PROGRAM
Our VIP program is a curated experience designed to reward our most dedicated supporters with exclusive benefits, private previews, and early access to new collections.
Membership in the PEGGY HARTANTO VIP program is strictly by invitation only.
Clients become eligible for VIP consideration once their cumulative purchase history reaches IDR 50.000.000 per year within a single client profile.
Please note that reaching the purchase threshold does not guarantee an invitation. PEGGY HARTANTO reserves the right to review and adjust any client’s membership status at any time based on brand alignment and purchase behavior.
To preserve the exclusivity of our craft, VIP privileges are reserved for individuals purchasing for personal use. Should purchase patterns suggest a breach of this policy (including, but not limited to, high-frequency purchasing of identical styles or sizes for the purpose of resale), VIP eligibility may be voided, or existing status may be revoked without prior notice.
